PROGRAM OVERVIEW
  • Employment – case manager assists each resident in finding employment; access to a newspaper, phone and bus tokens.
  • Recovery – case manager provides a referral to Crisis Care for an AOD assessment within the first week of admission. In-house drug and alcohol education meeting, AA/NA meetings weekly, required outside NA/NN meetings
  • Savings – case manager works with each resident on a savings plan in relation to income level. Residents save 40-50% of each paycheck. Case Manager works with residents on budgeting and money management.
  • Housing – case manager assists residents with affordable housing options in the last 45 days of the program. Residents are provided with a weekly housing list, phone calls to landlords and tokens to potential apartments.
  • Referrals – Residents are referred to community resources for mental health issues, physical problems, abuse issues, child support, etc.
